Bring your baby with you to exercise with the fantastic personal trainer, Kathryn Thomas. A great way to feel healthier, improve your fitness and make new friends.

4 sessions, every Friday morning, starting 19 January.

The sessions will be led mainly through the Welsh language, but Welsh learners are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring your own exercise mat.
